Mike Samelson is an experienced trial and transactional attorney based out of the firm’s Fort Collins’ office. He joined Wick & Trautwein in 2010 after working as a deputy district attorney in Colorado Springs. His practice encompasses a broad range of areas, including real estate law, business law, construction defect, estate planning, probate, and personal injury. Regardless of the legal matter involved, Mike focuses on understanding his client’s goals from the outset and strives to provide cost effective representation.
Mike graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 and received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2008. He is licensed in Colorado and Wyoming State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He is active in the Larimer County Bar Association, a ChildSafe board member and a former president of the Byron White Inn of Court.
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and you’ll often find him mountain biking and running on the trials around Fort Collins, or skiing in the winter time.
