Mike Samelson is an experienced trial and transactional attorney in the firm's Fort Collins' office. His practice encompasses a broad range of areas, including personal injury and wrongful death, real estate, business law, insurance disputes, probate and estate planning, domestic and employment law. Regardless of the legal matter involved, Mike focuses on understanding his client's goals from the outset and strives to provide cost effective representation.
Mike graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2008. He has tried many jury and court cases. Mike has extensive deposition and mediation experience. He is licensed in Colorado and Wyoming State Courts and United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He is active in the Larimer County Bar Association and the Bryon R. White American Inns of Court.
Mike lives in downtown Fort Collins with his wife. He enjoys spending time outdoors mountain biking, running and skiing.
